You can submit a project of a European animated feature film in one of the following categories: project in concept, project in development, film in production or completed film.
Please note that a project cannot be submitted in the same category as the previous year. Only two projects per company can be accepted.
Only European producers whose registered office is located in a country associated with the MEDIA Programme can present a project. For more information about the conditions of admission, please check our regulation section.
Producers wishing to submit a new project must send:
a) the Producer File (to be downloaded on the right side column)
b) the Application Documents specific to each category of project
Cartoon Movie has its own distinctive space and procedures. Producers attending for the first time are advised to carefully read the vade-mecum (to be downloaded on the right side column).

Selection of the projects
A Selection Committee will examine the application files to make sure they conform to the Cartoon Movie regulations and decide whether they are admissible.
Producers will be informed of the Selection Committee’s decision soon after that date.

CARTOON will send you the date and time of your presentation. Please note that we will not consider any special requests from producers as this agenda is closely linked to specific organisational constraints.
We kindly ask you to accept the slot you will be allocated.
