This hotel ("collège" means secondary school) pays tribute to our school day memories sitting on benches daydreaming as we stare at our geography maps. It took three years of searching through flea markets and visiting antique dealers to recreate this astonishing atmosphere, full of contrasts between inkwells and the latest in multimedia technology.
In the reception area, there is a wooden vaulting box dating from 1914, which used to be in the gymnasium of the Royal School of Versailles.
