Practical Information

Where

Lunches will be taken in its very cosy restaurant “Le Potager” and coffee breaks next to the conference room.

When

Arrival of participants: Monday 22 November 2010 (morning)
Seminar: Monday 22 November (afternoon), Tuesday 23 November & Wednesday 24 November 2010
Departure: Thursday 25 November 2010 (morning)

Registration fee

500 EUR per person.

Your fee includes:

• 3 lunches
• 5 coffee breaks
• 2 dinners: the Welcome Dinner and the Farewell Dinner
• Simultaneous translation into French – English
• A Master’s bag including the Master’s agenda, tourist information…
• Professional membership and administration costs
• Your flight and hotel bookings (bookings only)

Your fee doesn’t include:

• Accommodation and transport
• Transfer
• Any additional meals and beverages
• Any extra from your hotel (phone calls, mini bar, bars…)

Transport and accommodation

CARTOON will be pleased to organise both your travel arrangements and hotel bookings.

As soon as you are registered, CARTOON will send you by email the travel (schedules and prices) and accommodation (different classes of hotels) proposals. You will then be invoiced. Please check the appropriate section for more details.

Please kindly note that CARTOON is not organizing any transfer from or to the airport for CARTOON FEATURE.

Number of participants

Around 80 professionals. If there is an overdemand, we observe a “first come, first served” policy.
